Redlist: Leading the Way in Reliability Centered Maintenance Software

At Redlist, we empower industrial enterprises to transform reliability, prevent breakdowns, and maximize equipment performance. With our cutting-edge SaaS platform, businesses gain the technology and strategies to eliminate unplanned downtime and drive substantial ROI across their operations.

Our Journey: From Problem to Purpose

Built from the Ground Up for Heavy Industry

In the heart of heavy industry, equipment reliability isn’t just a goal — it’s the difference between profit and loss, uptime and unplanned shutdowns. At Redlist, we’ve lived the reality of managing fixed and rotating equipment with outdated tools, siloed communication, and reactive maintenance. That’s why we created a platform that transforms how industrial teams manage maintenance, lubrication, compliance, and safety.

Redlist is the all-in-one reliability-centered maintenance platform trusted by global leaders in oil & gas, mining, forestry, manufacturing, utilities, and construction. We help you streamline work orders, extend equipment life, and unlock new levels of uptime and operational efficiency — all with a mobile-first platform that’s easy to deploy and even easier to use on the job.

A Legacy Rooted in the Field

Redlist’s story starts with our Co-Founder and CEO, Talmage Wagstaff — or “Tal,” as most know him. Raised in a third-generation crane and construction family, Tal’s earliest memories involve greasing Zerks and operating heavy machinery before most kids had learned to ride a bike. His upbringing wasn’t just hands-on; it was deeply ingrained in the rhythms of uptime, dispatching, and operational pressure.

By day, Tal studied civil and industrial engineering. By night, he dispatched cranes, ran equipment, and worked side-by-side with his father to solve business problems in the field. That blend of academic rigor and real-world grit laid the foundation for Redlist’s pragmatic, results-first approach to maintenance software.

After earning a master’s degree in engineering, Tal joined ExxonMobil as an industrial sales engineer. There, he saw that the same inefficiencies plaguing his family business were systemic — even at billion-dollar companies. From communication silos to poor lubrication practices and fragmented compliance tracking, industrial enterprises were stuck in manual processes that cost millions in lost efficiency.

From Field Problem to Digital Platform

Tal returned home to help run his family’s crane business, stepping into the COO role. But when he couldn’t find a software solution that solved his challenges — dispatching, maintenance planning, certification tracking, vendor coordination — he decided to build one.

That initiative became Redlist: a platform built by people who’ve been on the shop floor, in the crane cab, and behind the scenes in reliability engineering. Co-Founder John Keller (President) joined Tal to bring that vision to life.

Our Mission

Built On Lubrication Management

Unlike generic CMMS platforms, Redlist is purpose-built for lubrication management—from tracking every lube point to auto-generating dynamic lube routes and ensuring compliance with OEM specs. Most platforms add lubrication as a feature; we made it the foundation.

Mobile-First, Even Offline

Techs can complete lubrication tasks, inspections, and PMs directly from their phones or tablets—even without Wi-Fi or cell service. Most tools either lack mobile support or require constant connectivity.

Integrates Easily, No Heavy IT Lift

We’re designed to plug into your existing systems—ERP, CMMS, OEM Manuals, digital twins, sensors, oil analysis, and more—without requiring an army of consultants. Build and Deploy Reliability Strategies in under 7 days.

Capture and Replace Tribal Knowledge

Redlist helps teams document and standardize lubrication practices, ensuring consistency across shifts and after workforce turnover. This makes Redlist ideal for teams losing experienced techs or growing rapidly.

Complete Reliability Platform

Management often uses separate systems and processes for each Reliability strategy. This results in disorganized data, and equipment continues to fail unexpectedly. Redlist enables complete management of reliability strategies—from preventive and predictive to root cause and lubrication management—in one platform empowering every team member to own reliability, not just maintenance and operations departments.

AI Powered Tools

Redlist’s AI-powered co-pilot named “Redd”, provides tools and just-in-time training to upskill any technician or engineer.
